      Pros

      Great and somewhat cheaper, in a good way, healthcare, stocks, which have always gained value so far, and a healthy chunk of incentive pay if you give your best. Nothing fancy, classic job

      Cons

      Lower end base pay. Old school standard mandatory on-site desk work. Minus the cubicles mostly. Layoffs are not unheard of but not frequent. Semi-frequent overtime but you do get a lot of recognition and praise

      Pros

      Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

      Cons

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
