Pros

The best reasons are long gone.

Cons

The company’s descent from being an establishment where only positive synonyms were used in its description, to being the worst company when placed in comparison to others in the same field was an inevitability after the passing of its founder. With an overwhelming slipshod approach to pretty much everything required in the day to day running of a business, fire fighting is the unavoidable resultant priority. A noticeably depressive and unhealthy work environment, predominantly unsupportive in both personal and career development, with nepotism and cronyism as the dominant factors in through-company progression. The results of this culture being that indecisive, feckless, and under-skilled individuals with little to no experience are promoted to overpaid managerial seat warming positions, their only skill being that of headless chicken impressions come months end. If you’re looking for fair recompense for the work you do, then keep looking as you won’t find it here. A once great to work for company now sadly reduced to a pathetic shell of its former existence through mismanagement, blame shifting, and dividend maximising all to the detriment of the few remaining hardworking employees who still work there.
