Pros

I've heard long time employees complaining about the benefits, but these are great! Nice retirement and reasonable healthcare, along with a healthy PTO and holiday pay structure. I guess they used to offer even more, but compared to where I've worked before and knowing that we all have to do more with less, this place is doing a great job with all this.

Cons

They don't like letting people work remotely, even if the job lends to being better suited for it. They have remote workers, but they don't love it.

Pros

Some of the staff are genuinely dedicated, and the fast-paced environment provides opportunities to develop skills

Cons

The workplace culture is deeply problematic and stems from a top-down lack of respect. Leadership, including many of the physicians, often communicates in a dismissive and unprofessional manner, creating a toxic work environment where employees feel undervalued and unheard. There is a profound disregard for questions and concerns from employees, and this behavior is often driven by a narcissistic style of leadership that isolates and bullies anyone who dares to ask questions or make suggestions. A particularly challenging issue involves the radiologists, who have inconsistent and often contradictory expectations. They show very little appreciation for the staff they depend on, creating a demoralizing environment for the people whose work is critical for their own jobs to function smoothly. There is a noticeable lack of structure and transparency in decision-making and daily operations. Job roles, expectations, and advancement opportunities are unclear, leading to confusion and frustration. This culture of silence prevents any meaningful growth or improvement. The social dynamic within the office is also highly exclusionary, with a clear "mean girls club" mentality that fosters a clique-like atmosphere and causes unnecessary tension. Compensation is not based on a balanced or equitable structure, leading to significant pay discrepancies for similar roles and responsibilities. The overall environment is toxic and leaves little room for professional fulfillment or psychological safety.
