Not a place for African American people to work.

It is a job.

Cons

They treat black workers like trash. It's only about five in the company and they have about 18 offices in the tri-area. There is no black people in any management positions. I only seen one doctor in the whole company.

Good people to work with. A great 401k retirement plan where they make employer contributions with or without an employee contribution.

Cons

They don't hire enough people for the amount of work. Instead of hiring a new person they 'restructure' work responsibilities so that less employees have to do more work. Health benefits are a joke when a $5000 yearly deductible applies for every office visit or procedure.
