Don't work here... it's a mess - Anonymous employee Wacom Employee Review

Misogyny runs rampant at Wacom. Almost no women in management and annual awards are given only to White or Japanese men. Every product launched in the last 2 years has had defects and needed to be recalled or fixed. Products are launched without necessary accessories/working parts to meet Japanese stockholder expectations. Competition is entering our space and we have no clue how to deal with it. And the in-fighting between the Germans, Americans and Japanese stifles progress and erodes employee morale.
