Pros

Very supportive & friendly team environment in Clinic & across the region Opportunity to make a direct impact on patients’ quality of life Some training provided for new employees Workplace feels stable Clear daily tasks and expectations Stable company with well-known brands on Hearing Aids

Cons

- It's been challenging since I was new and I've mostly been working with two new Audiologists (with an Intern & a newly recruited Audiologist) - Heavy workload during busy clinic days (Clinic is always busy) - Some processes feel outdated or inefficient (e.g some information on soundwave) - Scheduling issues can be unpredictable or last-minute changes can be stressful. - A lot of details "in the job" have to be learned "on the job", that can be challenging on busy days (some were not provided in the training).

Pros

When I first started in 2024, it was great, all my team members were great to work with, and provided a lot of help and support, and helped get me acclimated to the specifics of the job.

Cons

Once there was a change in leadership, the work life balance took a nose dive, work loads became unbearable. I watched many people get laid off, and being given vague explanations, and communication and project outlines went down hill. If someone is doing something that needs to change to improve performance or processes, they are not told until months later and they let it build, and management will say that they are going to help, and will find resources to help, but then they dont. And when you have 1 on 1s and you tell management what you would like to do while at the company, it feels like it isn't taken seriously, and you feel like a broken gear with no direction.
