The supervisor is not supportive. Even if you are fully occupied, the boss will still think you are not and will request you to share others' workloads.
Not fair to contract staff - For the gratuity, MPF will be deducted which is not reasonable. The medical plan is not good too. Employees need to pay for most of the medical fees.
Shifted responsibility and handled tasks which are not mentioned in job description.
Few restaurant choices. Most are costly and not affordable.
No career enhancement - very few opportunities
Lack of communication between departments - they are not informed with one another most of the time.
It's under HKSAR's control while it's a private company - the position is ambiguous that limited the company to grow and make enhancements
