Pros
It's a healthy environment to work at, a lot of people willing to help and support, a safe company in terms of layoff (they didn't face it so far and they say every monthly Town Hall meeting that they've prepared themselves for the crisis and therefore they won't do layoffs - but they assume it's because they keep the salaries low). They intent to keep on remote and only consider the hybrid model in the future for big events and quaterly plannings
Cons
REALLY LOW salaries, promotions tend to raise your salary by 3-5%, which is ridiculous, really misorganised systems and structures, the environments are always down and take too long to update, impacting all teams
