      Pros

      Great bunch of people with perseverance and strong work ethic. Loyal and supportive environment within the NZ location.

      Cons

      In NZ, operations are ramping considerably down. NZ office now closed with remote working from handful of people only in NZ.

      Pros

      The development team and development manager are really friendly, flexible and helpful. The IFCS product of WEX NZ team is amazing and built on sound software engineering principles. The DevOps Infrastructure is one the best and matured in the Auckland Market.

      Cons

      There have been a lot of politics and bureaucracy lately due to direct management interference from USA head office. This has rotten the apple for good. One of the main reasons for me to leave this fantastic company and fabulous development team.
