      Pros

      Great healthcare and PTO. They were very understanding during healthcare emergencies.

      Cons

      Pay, bonuses and salary are not great. Many US workers were replaced by Brazilian counterparts who were paid less than we were.

      Pros

      PTO, 401k match, remote work, the people.

      Cons

      Constant pressure to prove you’re using AI, do more with less culture, consistent layoffs and reorgs, poor communication, unclear direction, unrealistic goals all for a 2% raise. Zero chance for advancement.
