-There have been a ton of managerial shifts in the past year that are changing the way everyone works together, causing animosity -Raises do not reflect inflation or performance -Pay below market value -Filling roles of people who have left is not a priority, instead it's on everyone else to pick up the slack -Runs extremely lean for a 5000+ employee company with record setting revenue -Very little communication between the lower level employees and the higher level employees, leaving large gaps in knowledge when decisions are made -disorganized and continuing to become more disorganized
