Pros
Great benefits, affordable healthcare, good 401K match and bonus/stock structure. When in office many morale boosting activities.
Cons
Hard to move up without social connections or having an 'in'. Bonus percentages have gone down the more years that pass. No real internal interview feedback. Discovered payroll discrepancy between men & women with equal experience.
