Pros
- Regionally speaking, they pay well. - I think it's a progressive company. - Benefits package is acceptable. - After being there for a while, the paid time off accrues faster than you can use it.
Cons
- Because of the pandemic, many companies are allowing workers to work remotely. WEX will struggle to find talent willing to work for their wages when workers can work elsewhere, for more, with no relocation. - Communication could be better from corporate.
