There’s no structure, reps were misguided into a compensation that didn’t exist and was paid a flat $1900 even if they exceeded the company’s goal. Reps are expected to work at plan and still receive nothing additional if they exceed. Micro managed, 400 activities a month is the formal to making good money, yet we are told the compensation plan wasn’t thought out and even for reps that are over 100%, according to the compensation plan they still wouldn’t even make $1900 if they were on a compensation plan instead of the draw....so basically 400 activities doesn’t add up to money it’s just a way to micro manage. Managers are not leaders, at the most recent National sales conference one leader was so drunk that she fell, messed up her tooth and was bleeding, and she’s still a leader!
