Pros
Great pay, with excellent benefits and bonuses. The people are friendly and the atmosphere is fun. This company is also very active in the community including fundraising and charity work.
Cons
Favoritism and power trips happen often. Easy to get lost in the crowd and not be recognized for true efforts. Can be hard to get a promotion and they will downsize and throw more work at you if you are lucky to still be there.
