- CEO's judgmenet is clouded by the money they will make from the sale of Vysus. - CEO does not care for the employees - Toxic atmosphere caused by more executive management - No salary increases or bonuses for many years - Employee retention is very poor - What once was a great company under Lloyd's Register has turned into a nightmare
