      Pros

      I was given the time I needed to learn my new job properly. Management are pretty understanding of the fact that employees have a life outside of work. Managers are approachable. Genuine attempt to balance work and life.

      Cons

      No major issues. Staff turnover is a little high but that is industry driven and not just at Vysus.

      Great team members and friendships

      Cons

      - CEO's judgmenet is clouded by the money they will make from the sale of Vysus. - CEO does not care for the employees - Toxic atmosphere caused by more executive management - No salary increases or bonuses for many years - Employee retention is very poor - What once was a great company under Lloyd's Register has turned into a nightmare
