Pros
Working at IT WORKS will put you eye-to-eye with some of the toughest technical, software, and project-management challenges around. Clients and leaders expect innovation with discipline, and the outcome is the origin of the firm's name "IT WORKS!" Work life balance is excellent, clients are awesome, pay/benefits are great and getting better. Administrative burden is minimal and review process is fair. If you are competent, skilled, and driven to solve problems, you may have a future at IT WORKS.
Cons
It's a small firm. While that brings benefits, there are challenges. The revenue stream comes largely from two clients, so leadership tends to be extremely protective of the "hens that lay the gold eggs"; may be a bit fast to side with the client without investigation when there are snags. As a small privately-held firm, promotion/career track are unclear. Employment is "At Will"; you can be dismissed without cause.
