The students and community are the only good thing.
Cons
Like others have said, you have to teach 8.00am - 4.00pm and do all planning outside of those hours. You will have no social life, no support, materials always run out and "Team Z" has high standards for everyone but themselves. There's a lot of cattiness amongst Team Z and there are members that people across all schools loathe seeing visit their campuses.
