- Big enterprise clients = high stakes - Short-staffed while trying to hire engineers- lots of designs still on the backburner until we can get support - Pressure to deliver quickly can get intense at times, resulting in long hours. However, this is well-managed by Design Manager and Head of Product, doesn't happen often.

Burnout is the common denominator across the team, and very little has been done to mitigate this. This team has had a lot of turnover for the reasons listed above.
