I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at VideaHealth
Interview
Standard process as far as interviews go.
I had to follow up with the recruiting contact a handful of times to confirm next steps or follow ups. It wasn’t hard to navigate or slow - overall I think the process took 3 weeks total.

Question 1
Behavioral style questions about rolling out and expanding partnerships.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at VideaHealth (Boston, MA) in Aug 2025
Interview
A behavioral screen, a systems design screen, and an onsite with a possible supplemental interview after the onsite. Onsite consisted of a mix of system design questions, pseudocode, and behavioral. My supplement included a code screen the protector seemed to not understand well.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at VideaHealth in Jun 2025
Interview
Was contacted on LinkedIn by the recruiter and was intrigued by the job. First interview was a short 20 minute intro to the role and company, pretty standard. Second interview was with the hiring manager, and went well. Thought things were on track here. There was maybe about three days in between the recruiter call and interview with the hiring manager, which was promising and made it seem like the company was actively hiring for the role. According to their website, it had been posted for over a month so it seemed like they were eager to fill the position.
The third interview, with someone who would be a colleague of this position, went a bit off the rails. Person showed up late and immediately admitted that they hadn't reviewed my resume (red flag). Seemed like I was bothering them and it was fairly obvious that no prep had been done for my interview.
After this interview, I followed-up with the recruiter, who after being hyper-responsive in all previous communication, took over 24 hours to respond and gave me a vague "I'm working on what the next steps are." 48 hours later, I received a message from the recruiter saying that I was being rejected in favor of a candidate "who was farther along in the process." Pretty sure I was brought in with no real intention of ever being considered for the role despite my qualifications.
