There are some good people there that do care.
Cons
Toxic work environment, and felt bullied in many ways, almost like a high school. Never had proper training and felt terrible when asking questions. People have been there forever and will look down on you as a new person. They treat employees as disposable. Barely any PTO or sick days. People came in sick a lot. No parental leave.
They have lost themselves when it comes to quality. All they care about is pushing out more products and getting it done quickly. They are slowly losing the trust of major companies and, soon, most likely their partnerships.
