      Pros

      the company is solid and is performing well quarter over quarter. For the most part, the people that work here are good and the products that are being sold are top quality.

      Cons

      There is no real career path here. You can be stuck doing the same thing for years and years, and because the pay is good, you will stay, but you will hate yourself for it.

      Pros

      Verint is a good place to work because of the flexibility of remote work and get exposure to a new technologies. The company is quick to adopt and implement new tools, so things are always evolving and there are plenty of opportunities to learn. The people are supportive, and it's a great environment to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Compensation level is below market average.
