      Large company, table tennis, many internal positions

      Cons

      Poor management, far out of town, poor culture, stigma against working from home which makes no sense when they are miles out of the city. Bad laptops

      Pros

      Verint is a good place to work because of the flexibility of remote work and get exposure to a new technologies. The company is quick to adopt and implement new tools, so things are always evolving and there are plenty of opportunities to learn. The people are supportive, and it's a great environment to learn and grow.

      Compensation level is below market average.
