Pros

Good working conditions. If you can convince your management you can get budget for anything needed. Good employee retention (many employees with 5+ and 10+ years in company). Good training programs (professional and management). Can advance within company and move to different areas. Goal oriented (can be both positive and negative).

Cons

Technology not cutting edge. Mid-level management politics. Security division is very project-based and not product based. constant re-shifting. Recruit people mainly from 2-3 companies with similar culture. Not very open to new ideas
