      Pros

      Great people. Absolutely love the people I work with. There are a ton of very fun, knowledgeable, and respectful people at the company. Staff consists of some of the most talented people I've met. Benefits are great and have changed my life. Realistic about flexibility with working from home in a post-COVID world.

      Cons

      New leaders are doing their best to adapt the company culture, but it takes time to implement change in a work from home world. Optimistic about the direction it is going, but we're not there yet.
