Verily interview questions

I went through multiple rounds of the interview process including 5 interviews in person at the office for 4 hours. Everything went well and I was able to solve everything with plenty of left over time. Seems like they aren't even looking for someone for this position and are just doing it for statistics. This position has been open for over 3 months which is impossible for the bay area. After all I waited 3 weeks to get this response.

Multiple rounds, each looking at different competencies. Recruiting was not aligned with the people doing the interviews, so what was communicated for each round did not match what was done.
