Pros

Great people and coworkers ! Very adjustable to my schedule! Have your back with nasty customers especially with this line of work and work to inform and educate! My Store manager is also great!

Cons

Power trips from COO and management and they definitely do have retaliation behavior. No commission or incentive to sell more, just punishments if we don’t do well. Like passive aggressive messages if we don’t make goal. Goal is not feasible all the time sometimes we will be a thousand under or over just depends the night. They do treat us like we are commission when we are not and we’re getting paid 13.50$ an hour. Bans stupid things like I can no longer discuss menstrual cycles in a consensual conversation at a adult store even to my coworker one on one with no one there. (Just one very recent example) overall has not the brightest ideas and standards that are not ideal or realistic such as closing time and how long it should take us to close and leave, sales percentage and as well. All of us are good sale people I know that for sure but sometimes grown adults will be treated like children. I also know that upper management is very stressed about budget and not giving as many hours or only having the managers get benefits and ring as full time even though others have just as much hours.
