Even as an associate, I was expected to respond to emails within 24 hrs. If I was off for 2 days, then I'd still have to respond. I'm an hourly associate, please don't email, call, or text me on my days off, especially if I don't get insurance to cover the headache you're giving me. Another thing, no insurance. Upper management tended to take their bad days out on us as employees. Systems that were set in place tended to be changed during these times to create confusion and frustration. You can't have a life outside of work due to the hours you work. They do not care that you have children and need a schedule adjustment. It will be held against you. No OSHA to contact for when you need to clean up bodily fluids. Really strage And for the love of employment, DO NOT have a second job...the "Chief Operations Officer" literally will tell you that Velvet has to be your priority (listen up again, parents). Oh, also he's known as being a liar. Everyone who was there understood that he was a master manipulator. No room for growth. They will due . Taken
