Pros
Team work - everyone is supporting eachother Great product - there is always development and they focus on the right product/ trend CEO - he has a great vision - very motivating No micromanaging- big trust in the employees Working from home Best team in the world - you can find friends Work hard and you will get rewarded Personal growth
Cons
The on boarding can be tricky but they are working consistently on it to make it better - it’s not easy to onboard people remote Sometimes they struggle with communication but I think it’s quite normal for a company which is still growing
