Pay is not the best

1 hr lunches, benefits are pretty good, some great staff and providers in the office

Leadership! The upper management is very toxic and the use of nepotism is disgusting. Most senior leaders have worked there for 10+ years, sounds like a + but they have no clue what it's like in the real world. They promote based on who will drink the kool-aid that's their words not mine. CEO is making changes right and left to better line his pockets by also working for the company he uses as the consulting company regarding pay and bonuses, and it's been talked about he isn't the only one.
