      Pros

      A great organization that cares about the patients it serves as well as its employees. I love working for an organization that serves the community that I grew up in. It also has a great vacation package and benefits.

      Cons

      It has gotten big very quickly, but it still feels like a small organization.

      Family-centered, 8-5, no weekends. Flexible.

      Cons

      Not always great communication from management. Because the job is still developing, there are still expectations from the RNs that are at times overwhelming.
