Pros
The experience of working onsite at Google and being a vendor for the company is definitely a plus. The building has a great vibe and atmosphere, and the free snacks are one of those perks that make you want to stay (in a good way)!
Cons
As I mentioned before, working as a vendor for Google is a positive challenge, as it requires high performance and quality to meet Google's expectations. However, it can also be stressful, since we don’t receive benefits through Vaco and the salary is significantly lower than what’s expected from us. No 401k matching, bonus or benefits.
