Pros

free meals cab service google office

Cons

You will be asked to clear certification and passing ratio is almost 20 out of 100 so apply only if you have a backup(the whole process will take 3 weeks approx). I hand salary would be close to 20k that too if you are in a night shift(fresher). This post has to do nothing with research it is more a kind of data mining job. No growth.

Pros

On a Google Payroll things are pretty fine. Good work life balance, perks and meals, good timings and flexibility, supportive enough to give you freedom to let you do your work as a bit of Google culture is followed.

Cons

Not enough skills to learn, overtime the job becomes really monotonous boring and if not promoted all the excitement is lost. Management sometimes is very biased and in some projects that do cause a problem for the subordinates as middle level managers are free to decide whom to fire and hire without any substantial reason. Very Political which can be minimized Very low salary and the reason can be well guessed.

Pros

There are some good people who work there. The benefits are fine.

Cons

They treat us like criminals trying to steal time from the company. Pay is low and overtime heavily discouraged. They don't provide all the professional tools needed to do things. Equipment is not professional-grade. They hired someone with a disability and refused to accommodate that person. They promoted the person who discriminated against the person who had the disability. Turnover is high because they constantly hire and promote people who are underqualified. The member of my team who struggled the most with everyday tasks they promoted to manage us. This is not a good company to work for. They are very cheap.
