A company that’s lost its way - Product Manager VSCO Employee Review

Leaderless, rudderless, visionless. They’ve imported toxic corporate behavior from former Goldman Sachs and Facebook employees, unable to recognize it. They accept a culture of bullying. They coast off their brand and have no clue how to build things. Due to importing too many people from large corps with no startup experience, VSCO does not seem to know whether it’s a startup or not. There was an enormous amount of superficial lip service paid to diversity, equity, and inclusion. An exodus of queer and POC employees in 2020 should underscore this.
