5yThank you for this feedback. Admittedly, I hate hearing that this has been your experience at VSCO. Our team cares deeply about creating a positive experience for all of our employees and it’s evident that this has not been your reality. For that I am sorry.
We put a lot of energy and intentionality into shaping our people programs to be fair and consistent, and lean heavily on feedback (both critical as well as understanding what's working) to drive our people strategies. We have multiple ways for our team to raise any feedback or concerns, including anonymously, so we can look into them and make adjustments as needed. I hope you will consider engaging in one of these channels or reach out to me directly so that we can remedy this situation and work to rebuild your trust.
