Fancy compensation but salary paid after 10th of every month. Worth prosecuting! Very talented but Tormented souls working in a Haunting atmosphere! Laptop provided. You end up working from home everyday and on weekends. HR policies.....do not exist No pros at all.

Employee attrition rate very high. FAKE work environment... Not a 9-6, 5 days job. they mail you at random time after office hours and on weekends. Vision-less and direction-less management.. takes instinctive decisions. No planning at all. Random work. Meetings are goalless and senseless. you can test knowledge of management in 3hr long in-conclusive pointless discussions everyday often followed by one-to-one GAS sessions with founder. Valuable 4-5 hours lost in this stupidity. Tiring and Frustrating. Management has no technical knowledge. When senses prevail over sack of money, one realises there is no future here. quickly vanish.
