Pros
Stupid awards and alcohol in parties to hide the fact that they pulled off deals after deals, enough to fund their vacations and next homes. The same money becomes nonexistent when it comes to providing promised bonuses and appraisals after making employees work overtime on weekends and holidays.
Cons
Never ceases to baffle me how they manage to manipulate their ratings with no actual employee satisfaction whatsoever. Every positive review that the HR has posted here will also contain negative feedback which is ironically true. If you're good at stroking the founders' ego, you might find a way to survive. No actual perks of a job. Will put time boundations after making you work 16 hours a day. Also gotta have colossal patience for the 3 hour lectures on productivity and AI that founders put you through - but hey, what's another round of diminished self respect over a party funded from your raise?
