Signing a contract is pretty common in big companies. Usually these are 6 months-1 year. 3 years is sus. After working there, it was clear that the reason is because they cannot keep employees. You either have to spend 3 years in misery, or pay an outrageous fee to dip. The CEO micromanages EVERYBODY. He is the only person with good ideas. He will ask for ideas, but shoot them down with his own. Most importantly, look up the numerous lawsuits they've filed against clients (and won none of them) and the sexual harassment lawsuit against the company.
