Pros
Leadership has changed so much in the past 6 months. We have new life in the company and so many great things happening! The UNITY program encourages employees to submit their ideas on how to change the company for the better whether it be internal or external processes, morale boosters or something on company grounds. The people are great to work with here and our leadership is top notch. I like that we're a large company with regional offices, but small enough that my leaders know who I am. The work/life balance is great and the company is much better about remote work. I love it here!
Cons
Every company struggles with certain things and people would be lying if they said their company is perfect. I know there are some morale issues, but I can already see a difference since the change in leadership in 2016. Within the last 6 months, there has been a breath of fresh air. Even small things like "Free Beverage Monday" and wearing shorts and flip flops to work on occasion are appreciated! I'm excited to see what will happen in the next 6 months!
