Pros
United Utilities give a good work/life balance. I have found the company to have great benefits and good salaries.
Cons
Overall the company is quite old fashioned in regards to systems it uses and some ways of working - sometimes there seems to be a lot of micro managing (from senior/older managers) however, you can see the younger generation of managers give far more flexibility and trust, which builds a better team morale and effective ways of working.
