Adored the majority of my team members and my team leader was great. I found the pay to be great for the responsibilities.

It can be very stressful and team leaders can make lots of mistakes that they don't hold themselves accountable for - an example being approving 3 peoples holiday and going on their own over the same two weeks and leaving me on my own. It is very understaffed/
