Pros
I had a really good experience working here. My team especially deserves a shoutout — super supportive, open, and always ready to help out. But honestly, it wasn’t just my team. I could reach out to folks from different teams too, and most people were more than willing to guide me or explain how something works. That kind of openness made it easy to learn and feel part of the larger org. There were times early on where I had limited access or context, which led to some planning mistakes on my end. Some challenges definitely helped me grow, but there were also a few unknowns that felt more like gaps in process than learning moments. A bit more structure early on would’ve helped make the path clearer. The workspace is well thought-out, and internal events add a nice break from work. I also appreciate how leadership is visibly trying to evolve with the times — the intent to build strong teams and processes is clear. There’s a lot of talent here, and it pushes you to level up.
Cons
Some individuals are still growing into leadership or mentorship roles, which can affect the experience depending on the team. But from what I’ve seen, there’s a willingness to improve, and things are moving in a positive direction.
