      They lack both intelligence and emotional maturity, yet somehow manage to hire good talent and stay afloat. Stop pretending like you've accomplished something. You haven't—focus on learning and growing. Don't be childish; start acting like adults.

      Founders are changing opinion all the time. They lack trust in the team. No matter how hard you work, there is no appreciation. Smallest things upset founders and they fire people at whim. Total lack of transparency. Business is off target.
