Pros

The campus was a great working environment, with the coffee bar and cafeteria. It was nice to work mostly with people close to my age (20s and 30s), and if you're into fitness it's nice to be in that environment.

Cons

Upper management is mainly white male, and be prepared for sons of Kevin Plank's friends to be placed in management positions over qualified employees. The pay is low, the culture has a frat-house feel, and the turnover rate is high. During my time at UA, I experienced several meetings where upper management would scream profanities at members of the team, which seemed to be an accepted part of the culture.
