Pros

Cool company with great marketing. Huge growth and growth potential. "Coolness factor" high. Good resume' builder. Good benefits and sign-on if you aren't entry-level and have negotiating skills.

Cons

Unreasonable expectations of workload (70-80 hours per week salaried). "Get it done at all costs" culture. Lack of systems (managing $250M+ desk in excel, no visibility to on-order inventory, etc.). Leadership not experienced at leading people, just good at their positions they manage. No processes or people who can develop processes. Lack of team integration (teams are very silo'd). Company still acts like a startup when they are a $3Bn company. Basically, it's like sausage: you like how it tastes, but don't want to see how it's made.
