Pros

There is a great sports culture at the company, and the company wants to win. Benefits and pay are competitive. There is opportunity for growth, but only to a certain point (see below).

Cons

There is a ton of leadership churn at the company. The most senior leaders at the company are friends of the CEO, and new senior executives are brought in from the outside, they do not have confidence in their internal talent. UA is less than fair with their noncompete clauses. The terms of these agreement are broad, but entirely legal. This is the only company that I have ever worked for where I would strongly recommend that you ask to see all of the paperwork before you accept an offer, and consult an employment attorney. Understand what you are agreeing to, and how it might effect you in the future upon either voluntary or involuntary termination.
