Pros
Under Armour is growing fast despite our current economy which means there promises to be more job openings. The management and the employees believe in the brand and wear the clothing around the office with a great deal of pride. This company also promotes primarily from within which is always good news. The discount for employees is generous, too!
Cons
Most people who actually land a job at UA have to start at the bottom in Customer Service. Then there are so many people from lateral departments vying for the same job openings that it becomes a real challenge to move up.
