Not what you think from the outside - Senior Designer Under Armour Employee Review

Unfortunately this place is a bunch of teenagers playing adults. No one actually knows what they're doing but they run around acting like they do. Took many cooks in the kitchen. Everyone is fighting to be the loudest in the room. Women are not respected as they should be or allowed the same growth paths as their male colleagues. Double standards run rampant. Male is career driven, outspoken, aggressive - great! A woman is, "can you believe how she's acting?". I've seen men act in ways that if a woman ever did the same she would be fired. HR is TERRIBLE. I can't stress this enough. Nepotism at it's finest. It's shocking what's allowed to fly there.
