Development work is challenging and diverse. Plenty of opportunity and encouragement to explore multiple specialties. Culture genuinely encourages charity.

Work is pretty siloed. Not a lot of opportunity for collaboration. Office culture is somewhat calcified. Time and utilization are tracked tightly.
